Welcome to Odyssey Recording Studios (“Odyssey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a session, submitting a deposit, or using our facilities, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Booking & Payment
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card used for booking within 24 hours of your scheduled session.
Declined Payments: If the balance charge is declined, Odyssey reserves the right to cancel your session without refund of the deposit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit, which may be used to reschedule up to two times within 90 days of the original date.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will forfeit the deposit entirely and require a new deposit to rebook.
No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session without prior notice will lose the full session payment.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule their session up to two times within 90 days of the original date.
After the second rescheduling, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new booking must be made.
