Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 2025

Odyssey Recording Studios operates under a strict no-refund policy on deposits or completed session payments.

Refund Exceptions (at Management’s Discretion):

  • If a session is canceled by Odyssey due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, staff emergencies), clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.

  • If technical difficulties occur during a session and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a partial credit may be issued toward a future booking.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • Client cancellations within 24 hours of the session.

  • Failure to attend a session (no-show).

  • Dissatisfaction with creative output (mix, master, etc.), as artistry is subjective.

All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@odysseyrecordingstudios.com within 7 days of the scheduled session date.
