Studio Etiquette

Effective Date: October 2025

To ensure a professional and respectful environment for all artists, engineers, and guests, please observe the following:

Respect the Space

• Do not touch or move studio equipment without staff approval.

• No food or open drinks near recording equipment.

• Keep volume levels reasonable in shared areas.

Cleanliness

• Please dispose of all trash before leaving your session.

• Leave the studio in the same condition as you found it.

Guests

• Each session allows up to 2 guests unless otherwise approved.

• Guests must remain in designated areas and follow all studio rules.

Behavior

• Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the building.

• Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or property damage will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

• Odyssey reserves the right to remove any client or guest who violates these guidelines.

Session Time

• Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time.

• Setup, breakdown, and file transfers must occur within your booked time slot.

Failure to follow these policies may result in suspension of booking privileges or permanent ban from the studio.
